When I went to optimize some sections of code for the battle module, I thought, “Surely this would be a small and quick thing to do. I’ll just get this out of the way first and move on to make the inventory system.” I was instead greeted with several issues that I somehow overlooked in previous updates. So in summary, the optimizations were, in fact, not a small and quick thing to do first… But what matters is that I did it. Oh, you can now access your inventory when playing the open world module as well. I don’t know why I didn’t add it in earlier but now the game has it.

*Finally added access to the player’s inventory in the open world module

*Updated the UI of the items tab in the battle module to have both equipment and apparel be one category because it was redundant to have both be separate

*Attributes are now affected by Class and Race bonuses

*Changed how total speed is calculated

*Total calculated speed: (10 * Total Agility + Flat Value Bonuses - Total Weight) * Multiplier Bonuses

*Changed the ability to act check to now pass when an entity’s total strength value times twenty is equal to or greater than their total weight 

*Added several new properties to Items and Moves to allow greater control of what they can do

*Changed names of several properties of Classes, Move tooltips, Moves, and Races

*Changed the damage displayed within the Move tooltip to be affected by the attributes of the currently selected target

*The extended character profile now shows an entity’s modifiers and how long they’ll last

*Changed hidden Traits to, instead of being hidden entirely, now be visible but have their name obscured

*A notification is now sent when: Losing/Gaining resources from status effects and when gaining status effects

*Changed the notifications of when an entity is gaining/losing resources from Moves to be a single notification

*Optimized how entities regenerate resources and how end phase trait resource changes and modifier calculations are done

*Fixed an issue where even if an item isn’t equipped, its attribute bonuses would still be applied

*Fixed an issue where armor multiplier bonuses were being added to total armor instead of multiplying

*Fixed an issue where an incorrect variable was being used when calculating total armor

*Fixed an issue where a notification would appear of an entity receiving damage from a move, even when the move did no damage in the first place

*Fixed an issue where an incorrect variable was being used when calculating total critical chance for the Move tooltip

*Fixed an issue where the function to apply the status effects Slow and Wet was wrong

*Fixed an issue where the blind multiplier total attribute wasn’t being calculated

*Fixed an issue where the item Gladian Boots had a missing property

*Fixed an issue where several necessary attributes weren’t being displayed from Item/Move tooltips

*Fixed an issue where the Accuracy attribute of Move tooltips within the Battle Log would display as an error

*Fixed an issue where several attributes wouldn’t be displayed in the extended character profile because they used incorrect variables

*Fixed an issue where the wrong template was being used when displaying the resource Mental Energy and the status effects Demonification and Ice

*Fixed an issue where the resource Mana (Corrupted) was still visible to see even when an entity has none of the resource

*Changed the character Boar to have a lower weight value

*Changed the item Boulder to have a greater weight value
